14 new build houses – Highams Park

Location: Highams Park

Project: 14 3 storey new build houses

Contract: To fit joists, roof and staircases. We have fitted all joists using Posi Joists (a new concept using less material and strengthening with metal support). We have fitted all roofs including feature dormers clad in zinc. We are presently fitting staircases, which can consist of 6 flights per house.

Client: Houston Cox Eastern for Tesco Regeneration.
